In the On campus Placements Company will come to your college and recruit the candidates through selection procedure.

In Off campus placements company will come to a specific college to conduct the recruitment procedure and the students of other colleges can also participate in the recruitment process.

If your college got the invitation from the college where the placements are going on, then you can attend the selection procedure of placement.

For selection you must have subject knowledge and communication skills.
