Here I am giving you process to apply online for group 2 competitive examination organized by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission

==click on On-line Service option given on left side of home page of it
=== click on online application option so you will get list of all current exams and forms
==now registration for group 2 is closed , whenever it will be strated you can fill form on that page




TNPSC group 2 exam pattern:

The Group 2 Exam Conduct in Three Phase -->>
1- Preliminary Exam
2- Mains Exam ( Written Exam)
4- Personality Test (Interview)


The First Section will contain questions on
1- General Studies (75 items)
2- Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (25 items) and
3- General English (100 items).
In Second Section candidates have choice to solve Paper General Tamil or General English.


Paper will contain in Part A And Part B
1- In Part A Questions patter will be Objective type from general study in degree standard
2- In part B there will one Essay paper and topic will contain on--->>
(a) Current Issues National level.
(b) Current Issues State level .
Candidates have option to write in English Or Tamil Language which you feel good for you.

Paper I – General Studies:

History of India and Indian National Movement. India and World Geography.
General Mental Ability.
Disaster Management (Source: CBSE Publications)
Concepts in disaster management and vulnerability profile of India / State of A.P.
Earth quakes / Cyclones / Tsunami / Floods / Drought – causes and effects.
Man made disasters – Prevention strategies.
Mitigation strategies / Mitigation measures.

Paper II – Social & Cultural History of Andhra Pradesh:

5. Meaning and measurements of growth- growth distribution and welfare, characteristics of under development, stages of development, sources of growth capital – human capital,

Contemporary Problems and Developments in Rural Society with Special Reference to Andhra Pradesh:

1. National Income & Main sectors of Economy, GDP (Gross Domestic Product), Per capita income and HDI (Human Development Index) as measures of development. Relative contribution of agriculture to income and employment in the recent four decades of AP.
