The process to the Application Form for Online/ Mobile Banking from the official website of SBI (State Bank of India) is as follows:

Visit the official website of SBI Online Banking

Click to “Personal Internet Banking” under “Services” on the top of the home page

Click to “Forms”

Click to “Internet Banking Form”

Click to “Mobile Banking Services Registration Form”

On the new page, you will get the Form fill it and submit

The service is available on java enabled /Android mobile phones (with or without GPRS) /i-phones where the user is required to download the application on to the mobile handset. It can also be availed via WAP on all phones (java/non java) with GPRS connection.
