Application for info for MP PET

How can I get MP PET application form, would you please provide procedure here???

MP PET 2014 is now replaced by JEE Main 2014 for all the engineering undergraduate admission into the state of Madhya Pradesh for session 2014-15.

Here i am giving JEE Exam details

Exam Name: Joint Entrance Exam Main
A common exam for Undergraduate Engineering admissions in 2 stages comprise of:

JEE-Main 2014 : conducted by CBSE for admissions to the NITs, CFTIs

JEE-Advanced 2014: Conducted by IIT Kharagpur.

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must have passed in final examination of class XII or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination.

Those appearing in class XII final or equivalent examination in 2014 may also appear in JEE Mains 2014 examination.

Candidates must have passed 5 subjects in their Class XII.

Application process:

Candidates of JEE (Main) - 2014 have to apply online only through the JEE Main official Website
Fill the Application Form
Upload scanned JPEG files of Photo, signature and left thumb impression
Pay the Examination fee through debit Card/Credit Card or Bank Challan
Download the Receipt and safe keep it. DONOT send it to the JEE Main office
