Will you tell me how I can get application form for getting admission in MBBS course in Tamilnadu government college ?

Eligible Candidates for MBBS course can obtain the application form of Tamil Nadu Medical 2015 admission on a written request to the Deans/ Principal of any of the Government Medical or Dental college of Tamil Nadu or can be downloaded from the official website of the Directorate Of Medical Education Tamilnadu.


Application form looks like :









While sending application candidate should attaché documents as :

Mark sheet of H.S.C. (Academic) examination or any other equivalent examination of the first appearance

Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C. (Academic) or equivalent courses

X standard Mark Sheet

Certificate for proof of study from VIII standard to XII standard

HSC Hall Ticket

Community Certificate (if applicable)

Nativity certificate with supporting documents (if applicable)

First graduate certificate (if applicable)

Self addressed and sufficiently stamped acknowledgement card.

Two self addressed envelopes

Special category form(s) with Demand Drafts and relevant certificates (if applicable)

Income Certificate (only if applicable)
