AP EAMCET Counselling Schedule

The result of this year AP EAMCET Exam released and I got passed with low marks. Now I am waiting for Counselling schedule. So any one can tell me that when the Counselling Schedule for AP EAMCET will publish? Can I take admission in any Medical Colleges before applying in counselling?
