Andhra Pradesh District Selection Committee ( AP DSC) is an entrance examination conducted by the state of Andhra Pradesh for recruitment of teachers.

AP DSC exam eligibility-


Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with B.Ed from recognised University.

Age must be between 18 years to 39 years.

Age limit is 44 years for SC/ST/BC Candidates and for Physically challenged candidates is 49 years.

AP DSC 2014 Exam Pattern -

Exam Pattern consists of Paper -1 and Paper-2

Paper-1 Examination contains 250 Multiple Choice Questions for 250 marks(Each Question is given 1 Mark)
Time Duration for paper-1 is 3 Hours

Paper-2
Question Paper consists of 250 Multiple Choice Questions for 250 marks (each Question is given 1 Mark)and the Time Duration is 3 Hours and the exam was conducted in the after Noon Session.

The Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad was invited AP DSC notification for the recruitment of SGT,SA,LP,PET Vacancies through DSC Exam.

Age:

Applicants must have completed the minimum age of 18 years and not have completed the maximum age of 39 years.

In Case of SC/ST/BC Candidates, the maximum age limit is 44 years and for physically challenged candidates is 49 years.

Education:

Candidates must have completed B.Ed and D.Ed from the recognized university.

And they must have completed Graduation from the recognized university.


DSC Notification main aim is to recruit School Assistants, Secondary Grade Teachers,Language Pandits, Physical Education Teachers in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad Schools and Schools under the control of the Tribal Welfare Department and Municipalities in the State through District Selection Committee.
