The Centre for Professional Development Education is an autonomous centre of Anna University, Chennai with the vision to impart higher education and upgrade the skills of practising engineers through the means of Information Technology.

The Centre was established with a commitment to provide higher professional education with equal opportunity to all and to generate trained manpower in all areas of science and technology so that the engineers will equip themselves and become globally competitive.
