andhra university be electrical total marks for all semisters

I completed MSc Computer Science(Regular Candidate) from AU in 2006 April, taken Provisional & OD Certificates, but didn't took Consolidated Marks Memorandum, can anyone tell me how to apply for it. Thanks in Advance.
