Advanced Microscopy Unit
The AMU is a dedicated microscopy facility based in the Medical School. It is part of the School of Life Sciences Imaging (SLIM) facility.

The AMU is equipped for microscopy and tissue preparation including: light and electron microscopy, fluorescence, confocal and time-lapse microscopy, preparation techniques for tissues, cells, materials and tissue engineered constructs and software for quantitative image reconstruction, tracking and analysis.
