Candidates are required to apply for Character Certificate in a prescribed application form of Aligarh Muslim University.

Attested photocopies of all Mark sheet of Examination passed are to be enclosed.

Character Certificate will be issued to the student on next working day after receiving the Application Form in the office duly verified and completed in all respect.

Incomplete Application Form will be rejected without informing the applicant.

It will be sent at the student’s permanent address by the D.S.W. Office through Registered post in the self-stamped envelop (17 cm x 28 cm) provided by the student.

Permanent employee of the University may collect character certificate on behalf of the concerned student after producing proper identity.
