The University of Amsterdam (UvA), the Amsterdam Business School (ABS), and the Amsterdam MBA programme rank among the best in the world. The QS World Ranking 2015/2016 lists the UvA as first in the Netherlands and 55th in the world.

In the 2014 Times Higher Education ranking of universities by reputation, the UvA is listed among the top 80. Admission requirements
Applicants for the Amsterdam MBA programme must have the following:

Academic credentials:
A degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) from a recognized research university

Relevant work experience:
A minimum of three years post-graduate full-time work experience

GMAT or GRE report:
A minimum GMAT score of 600

English proficiency:
A minimum TOEFL of 100 or IELTS of 7.0 is required

An international outlook:
The ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams

Personal skills and qualities:
Ambition, leadership potential, drive, dedication, independence, passion and confidence

Application deadline
The Amsterdam Business School has a rolling admissions process, meaning that you can apply throughout the year. For the programme starting in September 2016, the application deadline is 30 June 2016.
