The common eligibility criteria for admission to most of the M.Tech program are following:

You must have completed the Bachelors degree program [BE/B.Tech] in relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

Along with that you also must have passed the +2 level of exam with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.
