as per the Government of India ,Department of Financial Services,Ministry of finanace,Notification No. F.1/1/2012-RRB dated 07.01.2013 issued under sub-section(1) of section 23A of Regional Rural BankAct 1976(21 of 1976).

The share capital of the Bank is contributed by the Government of India(50%),the Government of Odisha(15%) and the Indian Overseas Bank(35%) .
