Academic Qualification:
Candidate should Possesses Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree awarded by a University established Law in India are Possesses an equivalent qualification.

Age Limit:

Every candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and not attained the age of
35 years as on the last date specified for receipt of application or on such other date as may be specified by the Government.

Upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and category I candidates.
Upper age limit shall be relaxed by 3 years for other backward category candidates.
Upper age limit shall be relaxed by 10 years for Physically Handicapped or Widow candidates.
