AIMCET Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at the (10+2) or at the Bachelor's level are eligible to take this test.

All those candidates who are appearing at the Bachelor's degree examination in respective year and fulfil the aforementioned criteria are also eligible

AIMCET Pattern:
All India MCA Common Entrance Test (AIMCET) is multiple-choice based entrance exam, with negative marking for wrong answers. MCA Entrance Exam question paper comprises of four main sections consisting of:

Subject Number of Questions
Mathematics 100
Computer Awareness 40
Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning 40
General Awareness 20

Each question shall carry 4 marks for correct answer. For every incorrect answer one mark shall be deducted. If a question has not been attempted no credit will be given.

AIMCET Exam Dates
This exam is normally held in the month of June every year.

AIMCET Exam Fee
Application form and the bulletin can be obtained on payment of Rs.1300 (Rs.650 for SC/ST candidates).
However these charges are not fixed and may vary every new session.

All India MCA Common Entrance Test (AIMCET) is the Entrance Examination generally conducted by IIT's for admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Program offered by IIT's and leading Colleges.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality:
Candidate must be of Indian nationality.

2. Qualification:
• Candidate must also have passed class 12th examination in any stream with mathematics as a main subject.
• Candidate should also be a graduate with at least 3 year degree.
• Candidate appearing for the final year examination can also apply for MCA examination.
