Aligarh Muslim University is a government funded, public university, originally established by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan as Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College in 1875. The Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College became Aligarh Muslim University in 1920

Eligibility criteria :

The prime requirement of the admissions to M.Tech is a minimum of 50 % in the GATE Score. Only the candidates with a score greater than 50 % in GATE are applicable for the course. –
