international conference of Alagappa university as follows

The Department of Women’s Studies and the Centre for Women’s Studies of
Alagappa University is organised an international conference on ‘Women and
social transformation: New era of just and gender-fair society’

More than 200 participants from India and other countries were take part in
the two-day conference to be inaugurated by Prof H. Devaraj, Vice-
Chairman, University Grants Commission,

The conference would also stress that women need to be part of the political,
social and economic transformations taking place across the world
