Can you provide me the Information Brochure of All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) as I want to know full detail of the exam as I am planning to give the exam this year?

The AIPVT or All India Pre Veterinary Test is conducted by The Veterinary Council of India.

Course offered:
Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry
The duration of B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course is spread over five complete academic years consisting of First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Annual / Board examinations and a compulsory rotating internship of six months.

About the exam

The examination consists of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany &Zoology).

The distribution of questions shall be as follows:

AIPVT Syllabus

The general standard of the All India Pre-Veterinary Test is that of Xl th and XlI th class under the10+2 Scheme/Pre-Medical/Intermediate Science or an equivalent exam of an Indian University/State Board/CBSE.

There is no separate syllabus for the exam is prescribed by the Council.
