Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducts recruitment for Staff Nurse (Grade II) vacancies under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) on contractual basis.

Age Limit:
Candidates upper age limit should be 30 years.
Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC candidates & other relaxation details refer the notification.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised University/ Board & Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent qualification for male nurses.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on written examination/ interview.

Exam Pattern for Staff Nurse Posts

The written test / examination consist of Objective type / Multiple Choice Questions.
The Syllabus for the written examination will be based on the Syllabus / Curriculum of Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery, General knowledge, English and Basic Computer applications.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their merit in the written exam and later those who are qualified in the exam will be invited to interview by issuing call letters where three times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for interview
