Detailed information related to entrance exam of AIIMS is given below:

Important dates:
AIIMS Online Registration Last Date: 31st December 2013
Date of Issuing Admit Card: 15th January 2014
Date of Entrance Exam: 25th January 2014

The last date for Online Registration of Application Forms was October 15, 2013 which is closed.So you can try next year.

Eligibility criteria:
Aspirants having BDS Degree or its equivalent from any recognized Dental College are eligible to apply for AIIMS Entrance Test.
Candidates must have completed 12 months compulsory internship/practical training
General/OBC category candidates must have obtained a minimum of 55% in aggregate in all MBBS/MDS exams and candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have secured 50%.
Aspirants applying for MD/MS course must hold MBBS degree and those applying for MDS must hold a BDS degree from a university recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.

Application fees:
Aspirants can submit application only through online mode by visiting the official website of AIIMS.
Aspirants have to pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card or Bank Challan Form (to be downloaded from the website) in any branch of State Bank of India.
Rs 1000/- + Transaction Charges for General candidates
Rs 800/- + Transaction Charges for SC/ST candidates.

The entrance exam will be conducted in online mode only

Duration-3 hours
1/3 Negative Marking for wrong answers
MDS
Duration-90 minutes
Marks-90
On the basis of merit in the AIIMS PG 2014 Entrance Exam candidates will be selected for personal counseling.
1/3 Negative Marking for wrong answers
On the basis of personal counseling, candidates will be allotted choice of subject.

Hey as The All India Institutes of Medical Sciences are a group of autonomous public medical colleges of higher education.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for entrance exam should be 12th pass & should have secured 60% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

For SC / ST candidates should have secured 50% marks in aggregate.

Entrance Exam will consists of multiple choice & reason-assertion type question

Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark

1/3(one-third) of negative marking will be given for each incorrect answer

Rs 800/- for SC/ST category

Fee payment should be done by SBI Bank Challan

Application Form available online from 17th March 2015
