All India Institute of Medical Sciences Master of Science/Master of Biotechnology Entrance Exam is conducted by AIIMS to provide Admission in M. Biotechnology Courses.

AIIMS M. Sc. Biotechnology Entrance Exam Eligibility

The Candidate must Possess one of the following qualifications and have secured at least 60% marks for General/OBC candidates (55% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in the qualifying examination:

MBBS/BDS (55% for Gen/OBC & 50% for SC/ST Categories)
B.V.Sc.
B. Pharmacy
Bachelor of Physio-therapy (4½ year course)
B.Sc. degree of minimum three years duration in any subject

Exam Pattern

The Question Paper for M. Sc./M. Biotechnology Courses will be of 90 minutes Duration consisting of 90 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 90 marks in the subject in which the candidates has applied.

There shall be a uniform minimum cut-off of 50% marks (for all PG Courses) in the competitive entrance test as a condition of eligibility for all candidates.

Entrance Exam is Normally held in the Month of June/July.

Entrance Exam Fee

AIIMS Entrance Exam Fee is Rs.1000 (Rs.800 in case of SC/ST candidates).
