UPPER AGE LIMIT:
Candidate's upper age limit for this recruitment must not be more than 33 years

Candidates who have already completed 3 years of senior residency are not eligible.

APPLICATION FEE:
a) For OPH Candidate : NIL
b) General (UR) & OBC Candidates : Rs. 1,000/- + Transaction charges as applicable.
c) SC & ST candidates : Rs. 800/- + Transaction charges as applicable.

Note:
Payment should be made online only & the application fee once remitted shall not be refunded.

PAY:
a) Senior Resident (Medical): 15,600-39,100+6,600 (Grade Pay) + NPA plus other usual Allowances. NPA is not applicable to non-medical candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination may be conducted depending upon the number of applications received.

Documents to be produced in original at the time of Interview:
I. Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Unique ID Card, Voter Card etc.)
II. Address Proof (Passport, Driving License, Unique ID Card, Voter Card, Ration Card etc.)
III. Certificate showing Date of Birth.
IV. MBBS/BDS/M.Sc/MD/MS/DNB/MDS/PhD Marksheets & Certificates.
V. Internship completion certificate (for medical candidates).
VI. Attempt certificate
VII. FMGE certificate conducted by NBE (For foreign graduate)
VIII. Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council of India.
IX. No Objection Certificate in case of Govt. / Semi-Govt., PSU Employee.
X. Experience Certificate
XI. Reservation category Certificate (OBC*/SC/ST/PH) (*Candidate should belong to non-creamy layer of Central List of OBC).
