Diplomate of National Board Centralized Entrance Test (DNB CET) is a national level entrance exam conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE) ,not by AIIMS, for all purposes including appointment to teaching posts as lecture/Assistant Professor by the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Eligibility Criteria -Candidate should posses MBBS degree/Provisional Pass Certificate recognized as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and possess permanent/ provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India -For January Session: Candidate must have completed their 12 Months rotating internship or practical training on or before January 31, 2016 (application for January session) -For July Session: Candidate must have completed the required 12 Months rotating internship/practical training on or before July 31, 2016 (application for July session) Exam Pattern: The DNB CET 2016 entrance exam was a computer based test. The questions will be from subjects taught during the MBBS course including subjects like pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical. DNB CET 2016 will consist of 300 Multiple Choice Questions.
