AICTE Msc CS equivalent to BTech CS or not

Is the Btech computer science engineering and MSC computer science course are equivalent or not ?

According to All India Council for Technical Education B tech computer science engineering and MSC computer science course are not equivalent because MSC computer science is a post graduate science two year duration course and B tech computer science engineering is an undergraduate four year degree engineering course.

B tech computer science engineering course provides education for theoretical foundations of information and computation and of practical techniques for their implementation and application in computer systems .

On the other side MSC computer science gives knowledge for computer vision and surveillance, robotics, artificial intelligence and mobile devices etc..
