My sister want to give the exam for the post of Probationary Officers (PO) which is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection so for this I want to know about what is the minimum ad the maximum age needed to apply for the post of Probationary Officers (PO) which is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection? Give me the eligibility details of it?

The IBPS PO Exam is conducted for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees in Public Sector Banks.

IBPS offers recruitment services to all Public-Sector Banks, SBI, Associate Banks of SBI, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, LIC & Insurance companies and regular member Banks of the IBPS society.

Candidates who are willing to appear in the exam must satisfy the minimum IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria specified by the Organization.

Age Limit

Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 30 years
The minimum age for a candidate to give IBPS PO Exam is 20 years and maximum age is 30 years.

Persons ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 1st Jan 1980 to 31st Dec 1989 5 Years
Persons affected by 1984 riots 5 Years

Educational Qualification:
A candidate with a Graduation Degree in any branch/stream from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Candidate is awarded with CGPA/OGPA, they must convert it into a percentage (nearest to 2 decimal places) and mention it in the application form. If a candidate has secured 59.99% marks, it will be treated as less than 60%.
