Yes definitely after competion of MSc Maths you are eligible for the UGC CSIR NET Exam . Eligibility Applicants with Master’s Degree in Geography (with specialization in Population Studies) or Mathematics/Statistics are also eligible to appear in the subject “Population Studies” For Lectureship (NET): No upper age limit. For JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years (upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (As per GOI central list), Physically handicapped/Visually handicapped and female applicants).
