Yes definitely after completing Diploma you can join Indian Air Force as a Pilot.

If you are interested to become a pilot then are required to fulfill the following eligibility conditions given below:
1.Min requirement is 12th pass with Physics & Maths..
2. Choose a good flight training school in USA, Canada, New Zealand (other than India) and take admission
3. Take initial ground class for an experienced instructor.
4. Clear DGCA class 2 medical and get your File Number.
5.Fly and log min of 200 hrs
6.Clear theory & flying exams and get your CPL
You can directly join the flight schools for your CPL training
