According to me you need to select MCA without any doubt because you are from IT sector and MCA is best Master PG degree in IT department.

In students life MBA would lead to managerial responsibilities in various industries, and MCA would lead to software development and related opportunities in the IT industry as also in other industries in their IT department.

Both Post Graduate level courses are best for career and if you are from IT Computer Stream then you must prefer MCA because this would be your line course in which you have completed your graduation and having good knowledge about the IT and Computer and there are so many multination companies which hires candidates

In other case If you want to be on the Management Front then pursue your MBA (IT). This will help you to fetch some good jobs in IT Sector Industries. You can appear for Business Analyst profiles, Management Consultants, HR or even appear for marketing profiles like Product Manager etc.
