Yes you can get admission in MS course after passing B tech course and TOEFL in colleges situated at united states . Here I am giving you information about required eligibility for MS admission MS admission details : For admission in MS course you must pass B tech or BE degree course with good marks from a well recognized university .. you must have a good academic record. You Have achieved a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 .. You have to pass Graduate record examination with good score for admission in MS course. It is also important that you must pass an English language proficiency test such as : TOEFL or IELTS Scores .. For admission you must submit the following documents : Copy of the online application form Transcripts Test score card of GRE, and TOEFL Resume.
