After B.tech in mechanical engineering you can pursue M.tech in mechanical engineering, it will be best for you

Eligibility for M.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering)
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent examination

Generally, the admission is done through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Score Merit List.
