You are eligible for both MBA and MCA but you are not eligible for M-TECH exam.

You have just completed your BSC(cs) so you can go for MCA.

Because it will help you for study in MCA

Here are MCA details;

MCA or Master of Computer Applications is one of the prominent Masters level or post graduate courses in India.
It is a three-year course with a semester system of examination.
It is a program that prepares students with complete professional grooming for a successful career in the IT industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Those who have cleared their Bachelor's degree in any discipline or are in the final year degree examination and have taken Mathematics as a subject in their High School Examination or graduate level are eligible to apply for the MCA course.

The aspirants should have achieved their bachelor's degree from a certified university.

Some reputed colleges require students to clear their graduation with a minimum of 60% marks.

Re: After B.Sc CS, MBA, MCA and M.Tech which is better to do

Among MCA, M.Sc and M.Tech all three are good. But as you are doing B.Sc then my suggestion is you do M.Sc first and can take computer science as your subject in M.Sc. It will lead you a great career.

Once you have done your M.Sc then you can pursue M.Tech direct or MCA direct.

Those areas have several disciplines like software engineering, networking and operating systems, information technology, programming languages and compilers, artificial intelligence, and graphics and visualization.

You can get specialization in following subjects.

Human-Computer Interaction
Mobile and Internet Computing
Systems
Information, Management, and Analytics
Software Theory
Real-World Computing
Security
Biocomp
Theory
Artificial Intelligence

And now lets talk about MBA, you can directly pursue MBA after B.Sc after qualifying in any of the entrance exams.

You can choose MBA if you are interested in management of business.

MBA also offers several specialization which you can choose from like:

Human Resources
Marketing
Finance
Information Technology
Etc.

Now it is upto an individual to decide where his interests lie & in which field he wants to make his career choice.
