Yes definitely after competing B.Com you are eligible for the IAS and IPS exam . Applicants can join the Indian Administrative Services or the IPS then the applicants has to first clear the Civil Services Exam which is conducted every year by the UPSC Eligibility Criteria: Applicants has completed his/her graduation from a recognized institute. Applicants must also be within the age limit of 21-30 years if general. >> 21-33 years if OBC >> age limit of 21-35 years for SC/ST Applicants >> 21-40 years for PD Applicants >> Following number of attempts are applicable for various category candidates :- > General Applicants:- 4 > OBC Applicants :- 7 > SC/ST/PD Applicants:- No limit You will be facing 3 rounds in order to get selected :- >> Prelims or CSAT >> Mains >> Interview Round Applicants also need to clear the medical examination round when you appear for the IPS Exam. The Prelims shall test aptitude and general awareness. The Mains will be a test of your graduation knowledge as well as English language. |
