Yes you are eligible to apply for Syntel Placement examination after having 1 year Gap Between 12th and BE. Only 1 year Gap is valid to apply for Syntel recruitment. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SYNTEL :::--- A maximum of 1 year break in education is allowed You must have good communication skills You have to passed BE/B. Tech degree course (CSE, IT, IS, CT, ECE, ETC, AEIE and EEE) from a well recognized university OR You have to pass MCA /M. Sc (SE,CS,IS,IT,CT) - both 2 years and 5 yrs integrated program OR You must have A minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation and Post Graduation (as the case may be). OR You must not any backlogs at the time of placement exam Only individuals of Indian origin / individuals having a valid Indian passport are eligible. Recruitment Procedure: There are 4 rounds in recruitment process. online written test (50 Questions from aptitude,analogies,puzzles with time limit of 45 mins) Group discussion for short listed candidates at Sytel company(Hyderabad). Yes, after 1 year gap between 12th and B E you can apply for Syntel Placement. The Syntel placement criteria are: 1. A candidate should be a minimum graduate in engineering from a recognized university with 60% and more aggregate. 2. No backlogs should be there at the time of recruitment. 3. Not more than 1 year gap in the academic career. 4. Good command over the English language. Registration process for Placement Candidates are required to register on the campus recruitment portal of the organization. One needs to follow the instructions given in the portal to complete the registration process. After the successful completion of online registration, the website will generate a username and a password for the candidate. Candidates have to keep the username and password for the test and future reference. Selection Procedure for Placement Selection procedure is based on the screening test, followed by two rounds of interviews. Screening test is conducted in online mode. Candidates can expect questions that measure their aptitude ability and technical knowledge in the screening test. There are questions from numerical ability, logical reasoning, general English and academics. Candidates are required to obtain a minimum cut off to clear the exam.
