AFMC MBBS Admission will be made on the basis of AIPMT score from 2014.

AIPMT is conducted by CBSE on national basis to fill the 15% seats of MBBS/BDS in medical and dental colleges run by central, state and municipal run governments.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be 17 years old as on or before December 31 of the year of admission.
The upper age limit for Applicants seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years as on December 31 of the year of the entrance examination.
Relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit of candidates belonging from Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes is provided to them.
Applicants who have appeared for the intermediate examination and result is awaited, are are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
Applicants must have passed the following subjects- Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English in the qualifying exam by securing 50% marks (For SC, ST & OBC Category 40% )

AIPMT will consists of objective type questions with four options having single correct answer.

AFMC Entrance Exam is taken on National level by the applicants of Medical stream in +2 for taking admission in Armed Forces Medical College Pune.

Eligibility
Applicants must have passed qualifying examinations as a regular Applicant with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects.

Applicants must have also passed an examination in Mathematics of the 10th standard.

Applicants who have appeared or will be appearing in qualifying examination upto 02 May, of the year may also apply.

Applicants Must have attained the age of 17yrs

Applicants should be a citizen of India

Applicants Must be unmarried.

Applicants Should be medically fit

The upper age limit for AIIMS examination is 25 years
