Admission Criteria

Requirements
A bachelors degree from a regionally accredited university
Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.7 (or 3.0 in subsequent graduate work)
GMAT/GRE
TOEFL or IELTS for non-native English speakers

The GMAT/GRE and GPA requirements can be waived with appropriate work experience of 10 years or more and an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. Foreign applicants must have taken their English language test within the last two years.

Program Structure
One completes the program in a single year while continuing to work, acquiring a broad base of business knowledge and a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry.
The average time commitment is about 20 hours per week for readings and assignments. Assignments relate directly to work participants perform on the job to help students best retain and immediately apply new concepts.
More than 75% of the programs teaching occurs during five one-week residence periods (RPs). Four RPs take place at the University, with one at a rotating location near the headquarters of a major aerospace and defense organization. A total of 18-20 supplemental, distance-learning classes of 3 hours each are held between sessions.
