Admission Procedure In NUJS Kolkata

I want to know procedure to get admission in PHD program offer by West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, here would like to help me?

I would like to tell you that admission to PHD course has been over at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and if you want to know the process for admission, here I will let you know.

Admission process
Admission of candidates under 1.1 above to PhD shall be through an Entrance Test and Interview

Admission of candidates under 1.2 and 1.3 above shall be on the basis of interview

The entrance test shall consist of one-paper of 100 marks with 3 hours duration; the syllabus of paper shall cover

For law background candidates:
(i) Research Methodology
(ii) Comparative Public Law /System of Governance
(iii) Law and Justice in a Globalising World

The interview shall be for 20 marks
Foreign candidates who have LL.M degree from a foreign university or Indian university with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent cumulative grade point average (CGPA) shall be exempted from entrance test, but they shall submit a research proposal to the satisfaction of the Doctoral Committee
