To get admission at Xavier University in Selective Admission Programs Occupational Therapy Applicants, you have giving scores: 3.0 or higher GPA (on a weighted 4.0 scale) AND 1100 or higher SAT score or 24 or higher ACT score 40 hours (20 hours at each of 2 sites) of volunteer/work experience documented on the approved form on or before February 1, 2015 Candidates will be given priority consideration if they have completed all 40 hours by February 1, 2015. Important Deadlines August 1, 2014 - Xavier online application is made available December 1, 2014 - Deadline to receive admission decision by the holidays January 15, 2015 - Deadline to apply for the Nursing program February 1, 2015 - Deadline to apply for the Occupational Therapy program and to be considered for all scholarships and awards Application requirements Xavier Online Application - Free Xavier Paper Application - Requires $35 application fee Required documents: Counselor Recommendation Form Current, official secondary school transcript Results from the SAT (Xavier's code is 1965) and/or the ACT (Xavier's code is 003366) Essay (all first-year applicants are required to submit an essay as part of their application; this can be included on the application for admission or a separate document) List of activities and awards |
