AAVIN is a Midwestern based private equity firm. They invest in high-growth opportunities, management buyouts and certain recapitalization transactions. They actively work closely with their management teams to accelerate the creation of company value.

About the Aavin Mezzanine Fund

Structure Mezzanine debt, typically in the form of convertible preferred stock, subordinated debentures with warrants, convertible subordinated debentures
Investment $500,000 to $3,000,000.

AAVIN seeks investments of up to $3 million per portfolio company with initial rounds of investment targeted at between $1.0 and $2 million.

Length of Investment AAVIN seeks to hold investments for a period of between three and seven years.

Current Return Not required

Participation Preference AAVIN welcomes the opportunity to partner with other private equity investment firms. AAVIN prefers to lead investments but is always willing to participate in syndicated investments led by other private equity investment firms.
Involvement Active. Frequently Board Members of Portfolio Companies
