12th Class Percentage Required For CDS Exam

I have got 50% in 12th class . Am I eligible for the CDS Exam or not ?

Combined Defence Service Examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year.

There is no any percentage restriction to appear for the exam.
Whether it is 10th or 12th or Graduation.

You can apply for the exam either during your final year of Graduation or after completion of graduation.

There are four wings of CDS.
1. Indian Naval Academy
2. Air Force Academy
3. Indian Military Academy
4. Officers Training Academy.

Eligibility Criteria:
Indian Naval Academy
B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of Engg

Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy
Graduation in any stream

Air Force Academy
B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engg

The age Limit for the four wings are as under;
Naval Academy 19-22 Years
Indian Military Academy 19-24 Years
Air Force Academy 19-23 years
Officers’ Training Academy 19-25 years
