Introduction
Xavier Business School founded in 1987, Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIM Bhubaneswar, also famous as XIMB), is a business school in India, situated in the easterly state of Orissa. The Institute owes its origin to a Social Contract between the Government of Orissa and the Orissa Jesuit Society. The Institute is conducted near a Governing Board appointing of representatives from Orissa Jesuit Society, Government of India, and Government of Orissa, and invited industrialists and educationists.
