Where can take admission for BTECH

Direct Admission without Donation from National College of Education

Sir i want to do Engg.from a good college better from a govt.college or either AICTE approved college.I did 10+2 in 2003 with 56%,and also Bsc in 2007 with 57%.I am of 24 yrs old,sir is there any good college is possible for me where i can take my admission for Btech based on educational loan.
