What are the options available after MBA?

“FHRAI His MBA from the introduction Hospitality & Tourism Management ” == I have complted my 3 years diploma in hospitality management from Kohinoor-imi, India and one year 18 months postgraduate diploma in hospitality management from Hamersmith and west London college and know i would like to pursue my Mba in hospitality, what are the options available. I look forward to your reply,
