The Test is known for Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) test. TEAS test comprises 4 sections: Reading, English, Math, and Science. The TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) goal is to identify candidates who are organized for the academic requirements and can meet the psychological challenges of nursing school. The TEAS test determines a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses in basic math, science, reading, English, and English language usage, also as general background knowledge. The tests will start promptly at the scheduled times. The aim of TEAS test is to identify strengths and weaknesses in the basic information needed to successfully complete a nursing program and finally pass NCLEX and commence a career in this satisfying medical profession. The TEAS test has one hundred seventy items and is divided into four parts. The TEAS test evaluates current content knowledge in basic essential skills in the academic content areas of Reading, Mathematics, Science, English and Language usage.
