The Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Meerut Act, 1956 having been launch under the U.P. Act No. 29 of 2008 as authorized by the Uttar Pradesh general assembly and submitted to by the Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh in September, 2008. The University has been founded under the protection of Subharti K.K.B. Charitable Trust, Meerut, which has got a praiseworthy record of service in the field of education, health care, and social welfare. The University has got 14 component colleges at present which furnishes higher education in about all the disciplines like Medical, Dental, Paramedical, Engineering, Management, Law, Journalism, Education, Art and Sciences thus creating highly qualified, academically and technically excellent professionals.
