SEBI is the regulator for the securities market in India. It was organized formally through the Government of India in 1992 with SEBI Act 1992 being passed through the Indian Parliament. It is my observation that stock of Jupiter Biosciences is being manipulated by three or four companies may be in leaguue with the jupiter bioscience company official. They have postponed their extra ordinary A.G.M. for allotment of shares to promoters. May be they are planning to allot shares/debentures to promoters at cheaper rates. It is my personal observation.
