In the year of 1974, the R.A. Podar Institute of Management, FMS (Faculty of Management Studies), University of Rajasthan was founded as a constituent part of the Rajasthan University. It is located at Jawaharlal Nehru Marg in pink city Jaipur in Rajasthan state in India. The institute was the sixth B-School launched in India. The R.A. Podar Institute of management, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Rajasthan has been placed amongst the Top-10 University Departments throughout India through Outlook survey 2006.
R.A. Podar Institute of Management, FMS, University of Rajasthan offers various programs viz. MBA (RMAT), MBA (CAM), MBA (E-Com) and MBA (Executive). In 2004, the University of Rajasthan has been granted A+ certification through NAAC.
