NPCIL Kakrapar
Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is a completely had Enterprise of the Government of India under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. In totality NPCIL operates 15 Pressurized Heavy Water Reactors (PHWRs) reactors and another 2 PHWRs are under construction. Their new project Kudankulam Atomic Power Project (2 x 1000 MWe PWR) units are designed for September 2010 and March 2011.
