The National Law Institute University (NLIU) Bhopal has been launched by Act No. 41 of 1997. The National Law Institute University has made a front line status of an institution contributing superior legal education. The NLIU courses have been planned to familiarize the students with black letter law in an interdisciplinary context and to prepare the students learn the basic skills involved by modern legal profession. The National Law Institute University has been successful in instilling a sense of wide view along with scholastic and reflexive capabilities bearing in mind bigger national and humanitarian goals in its students Legal education never obtained the attention it well-earned in this country. NLIU is to offer legal education by multidisciplinary teaching and training of newer skills demanded for the profession. The NLIU courses include skills components and are not only limited to instructions in principles and rules of law.
