FCI Darjeeling
The Food Craft Institute, Darjeeling is haunted by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in 1990 and since April, Govt. of West Bengal and is associated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi. The Institute is designed to train predicting young boys and girls in allowing for technology and in particular field such as Food Production Front Office operation, accommodation, reception, waiting, book-keeping, house keeping and accomplice tropics, reckoning on the branch of the industry which the trainee desires to take up. Large number of trained men and women.

FCI Darjeeling offers the following one and half year Diploma Courses .
One and half year Diploma Course in Cookery (Food Production)
One and half year Diploma Course in Front Office Operation and Hotel Accounts.
One and half year Diploma Course in Food and Beverage Service.
One and half year Diploma Course in House Keeping .
Also FCI Darjeeling given Diploma Courses are provided with the running extra courses of Computer Application with Spoken English and Hindi Typewriting.
